Camp Cleghorn was founded back in 1890, as a not for profit educational corporation. Since then folks here have enjoyed the natural beauty of the Chain O Lakes.
The focus of the Campís educational mission was to educate others about the dangers of alcohol. Of course, rather than create Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the founders of 1890 were advancing the cause of Temperance. Because of this heritage, drinking alcoholic beverages is restricted to the cottage premises.
The Camp today has weekly services every Sunday at 9:15 AM throughout the summer. Everyone is welcome to attend.
